Pregnancy dreams are no joke. During week 12, I had a night that I had crazy dreams back-to-back. There were four that I could remember very vividly when I woke up the next morning:
-I was hunting alligators while walking in a creek.
-We took a 2 hour road trip to the beach while carrying a boat behind the car and we rode the whole way in the boat on the trailer. I don't know who was driving the car. It was really windy and bumpy, but we still rode in the boat.
-I was apart of my very own Hunger Games.
-I watched a lady bug give birth to like 30 baby lady bugs. She laid "seeds" and they sprouted into flowers and then turned into baby lady bugs.
To be fair, I have always been a crazy dreamer and I usually remember them the next morning so this isn't too abnormal for me. Also, we've been doing a TON of gardening in the last few weeks so I think that's what sparked the lady bug dream :)
I'm not sleeping that well, but I have some tricks up my sleeve that I am going to try and see if that helps.
We had our first OB appointment and got to hear the baby's heartbeat! Babe is very active and every time they would find the heartbeat, it would move and they'd have to track it down again. Such a rascal already :) The heartbeat was in the 160's (within the normal range!). The babe has been hanging out on the right side of my body so an old wives' tale says that he/she will be right handed.
